Great campgrounds with a lot of amenities for the kids. The pool was very clean. The breakfast they sold the Sunday that we were there was so good. But overall my favorite part was the staff. They were so welcoming, friendly and made the stay that much better.
We had a wonderful stay at Pioneer Valley! They were so accommodating when we had a check-in change and another change due to the weather. Our family enjoyed staying in the cabins. From the creature comforts of home like comfy beds, dark curtains to the availability of a/c, we were spoiled from our usual tent camping. We will be happy to come back and stay at Pioneer Valley!

Went with our family and in-laws for the kids to have one nice little 3 night vaca before school starts. We had a great time, everyone was friendly, facilities were always clean, grounds were kept up nice. We even did a hike with kids ages 12, 9, and 5. They caught 2 salamanders (and released them) found many cool mushrooms! And the pool was perfect for the kids and us adults. We will definitely be back.
I don't know that there's rooms available here but the campsites nice. It's on the side of the mountain it's got some like trails that lead off the main Drive where you there's other places to park. There's a pool there's a little playground for kids they have a pavilion where they do activities. My stay is going to be for a few months I just got here I'm very happy. The staff is super friendly. I traveled from Florida to here in Massachusetts where I will be finding permanent residency for a while. And this was a great spot to land to start my new path
Checked in over the phone late in the day. Stephanie was very courteous and the whole process took no more than five or six minutes. After-hours access to the campground was not a problem at all and the assigned site was clean and well located. I will definitely come back again.
We have stayed at Pioneer for 3 years now. They continue to make improvements to the property. Stephanie, Keith and the rest of the staff are all helpful and friendly adding to the enjoyment of our stay. Kids and adults enjoy the play area and outdoor pool. On holiday weekends there is often a band and planned fun activities if interested. We hope you will give this campground a try!! Bruce and Jan A.

We stayed at Pioneer Valley RV Campground last weekend and really enjoyed it. There were lots of creative activities for adults and children alike. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot my RV power cable and they were kind enough to loan us one. The sites were very clean with 30 and 50 amp breakers alone with water a sewer. They were not super close to each other, so we felt we had plenty of room. Nice hikes from the site. Pool was very clean. Nice little gem in Western Massachusetts.
My husband and I stayed here for two months, while we wrapped up the sale of our house. We are now full time RV’ers, and are so happy to have such a wonderful place to stay, when we come back to this area! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our stay. The grounds are meticulously maintained by such a great bunch of people, thank you Keith, Joe and Mary! They fill the weekends with family fun, and lots of creative activities for the kiddos! (Sorry, I forgot the activity coordinator’s name!😢 but she is a teacher, and is phenomenal with them!)) They have awesome hiking trails along Sodom Mountain, and on some Saturdays, you can enjoy a guided hike with “Cricket”, the friendliest guy you’ll ever meet! The basketball court and playground are very nice! If you’re near the area, do yourselves a favor and be a “Happy camper”!

Amazing amenities at this campground! The bathrooms were clean and convenient. We saw several people enjoying the pool, even though we didn't swim. Our site was close to everything and we enjoyed just relaxing. We were on a 3-week road trip, and this was one of our favorite campgrounds!

Our stay at pioneer valley campground was over the top.. the camp ground is very well maintained, the gravel level sites and the people that work there are very very helpful.. the pool is immaculate.. we will go there again Buddy and Marie Shepherd

It was our first time at your camp ground, we visited it before with family. That's why we came to see how it would be. We really liked it, great lot ,easy to get to it,for a first timer. Our son an his family were right next to us,we had a great time. We hope to come back in the future.
Have been going to Pioneer Valley Campground for years. Love going there the staff is very friendly and everyone that camps there seems very friendly as well. Will continue to go for years to come.

We stayed at Pioneer Valley Campground for Labor Day weekend with our friends and we had an amazing time! There were so many different activities happening during the entire weekend that we never had an "I'm bored" statement from our kids. We had a problem with our RV when we arrived and it was not safe to sleep in that night. We called the campground after hours and they happened to have a cabin we could stay in that night so that we felt safe. It was such a kind gesture and it made a very stressful event much less stressful. The cabin was very clean with a fridge and an A/C, my kids really loved the adventure! We will definitely we returning to this campground next year!
