For stays of 21 days or less, cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival receive a full refund minus a $35 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are not eligible for a refund. For stays longer than 21 days, a $200 non-refundable deposit is retained for any cancellation, and cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival receive no refund. There are absolutely no refunds for cabins or during holiday weeks.
